The firm's founder, Richard Kubick, is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and Connecticut, the United States Federal Courts of the Eastern District of New York and Southern District of New York, and the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Richard is a member of the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, Kings County Bar Association, Queens County Bar Association, and Columbian Lawyers Association. Throughout more than 30 years in the practice of law, he has garnered a variety of successful results for his clients.
